It is genuinely $0 upfront. We eliminate the typical $4000+ fee because we partner with you for the long-term success of your practice. We only charge the low monthly subscription fee that covers hosting and software.
What is the minimum term for the Chiropractic Engine Smart Websites subscription?
We do not have a minimum term. Nor will you be locked into any length contracts. You can cancel your smart website service at any time, we just need a minimum of 30 days notice. We want to ensure that you are getting great ROI from this service and we want to make it a no brainer to make the switch.
What happens if I leave?
The website and software platform are a core part of your monthly subscription service. Upon cancellation, your Smart Website will be taken offline (since the $0 upfront build fee is covered by the ongoing service). You are free to move your domain name to a different provider. We make it easy for you to transition to another service if we haven't met your expectations..
How will my website look unique if it is built from a semi-custom design?
We use proven, high-converting layouts as a foundation. Your final design is made unique through your branding (colours, fonts, logo), your authentic team photos, and the unique clinical content we craft during the Discovery Session. It looks custom, without the custom price tag.
How are 'Unlimited Edits' defined in the Basic Plan?
Edits cover text changes, photo replacements, hours updates, and adding/removing services. Total design changes (like requesting a completely different layout or colour scheme after launch) fall outside the scope of the monthly fee, but we can quote those for a low cost. We can also teach you how to make simple edits yourself.

Kailee has a very natural Australian accent, many people can't actually tell she is Ai (however we recommend you tell people for transparency).
